Major Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Timely process various payments including obtaining needed approval and authorization.
及时的处理各种付款包括获得的必须的批准和授权；
2. Prepare cash and bank journal as well as account reconciliation.
准备现金和银行的日程及账务的协调；
3. Liaison with tax bureau to file tax reports.
与税务部门的联络，起草税务报表；
4. Cash Flow Analysis and related reports, including weekly cash flow forecast.
现金流分析和相关报表，包括周现金流的预测；
5. Expense accounting and fixed asset accounting under supervision.
在监督下参与费用账务及固定资产财务工作；
6. Other finance related tasks as assigned by management.
完成由管理人员分配的相关的财务工作。

Qualification:
任职资格：
1.Educational: Accounting or Finance college degree.
会计或金融学专科；
2.Experience: Over two years working experience in accounting or finance field.
至少二年以上会计或金融相关工作经验；
3.Good communication skills including written and spoken English. Good team player and ability to interface well with Other departments and outside.
良好的沟通技巧包括英文的口语与书写，良好的团队意识以及具备处理与其它部门及外部事务的能力；
4.Self-motivation and integrity. Ability to solve problems independently with due care.
自我激励、诚实， 能够独立，细心的解决问题；
5.Quick learner; Strong desire to improve and grow in finance function.
善于学习，具有强烈意愿在财务工作中不断改进和成长；
6.Familiarity with MS Office, skilled excel user.
熟悉办公软件，优秀的数据软件使用技能；
