      1/ Quality assurance. Take a lead to set up, implement and maintain quality management system in TW plant. Including but not limited to the implementation of Quality Policy and Objectives. Keep QMS documents available and updated based on the real situation changing. Organize the TW internal audit to find the improvement points and follow it. In charge of all customer visit and audit and follow the results. License audit taking. etc

   2/ Suppliers management and RM control. Conduct the suppliers by prepare the suppliers audit plan and onsite audit and any follow-up. RM inspection when incoming and issues handling no matter in incoming inspection or in manufacturing.

  3/ Quality control. Develop and update quality tools application in plant. Organize the quality inspectors and engineer to keep all the process control parameters within control line. Manage the performance inspection team to ensure the products which will be shipped to customers are all good or acceptable by customers.

  4/ Nonconformity control. Find the nonconformity during the whole production periods and organize the review and analysis to ensure the root cause can be defined in time. Any follow-up can be done timely. Stop the nonconformities to prevent it was shipped to customers.

  5/ Customer claims. Maintain customer relationship on point of quality satisfaction. Ensure all customer claims can be handled in time and response to customer and in system.

   6/ Precaution. Analysis quality data or potential quality risks to team. Provide improve comments or pre-warning.

  7/ WCM & Projects. Quality Pillar jobs to achieve plant WCM target. Any quality projects shall be done within plant.

  8/ Team development. Quality team coaching and development

  9/ Other works or tasks assigned by superior.    

* Typical Education Level 教育背景：

Bachelor degree with Engineering background

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

3 years + abrasives or material working experience.

3 years + quality control / Nonconformity control experience

2 years + supervisor experience.
