Reporting to Accounting & Controlling Manager, GCN, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Analyze financial and operating data, identify trends and problems, communicate information to relevant groups and recommend actions to improve financial performance/cost management.

• Drive the management reporting, analysis and budgeting process; improve forecast accuracy, identify cost drivers to establish realistic P&L, especially Total Overhead Cost targets & measurement.

• Coordinate with Business and Finance stakeholders/teams to achieve timely T&E reimbursement, expense provision, as well as accurate booking and smooth period end closing.

• As BP role to key business stakeholders, you will drive business controlling processes and controls, challenge on and contribute to efficient and effective way of working, as well as harmonization/interfacing with different stakeholders/teams.

• Ad-hoc projects (cost reduction initiatives, control, process or system enhancements.)

  The Successful Applicant

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration.

• At least 3 years working experience in international CPA firms or sizable MNC in-house finance.

• Proficient in Excel and experience in SAP, especially for FICO module is highly preferred.

• Good problem solving and analytical skills.

• Outgoing and proactive personality; self-motivated, teamwork spirit.

• Strong presentation and inter-personal skill, good English communication capability.
