Customer Service Officer 客户服务专员

? 完成助理店长下达的各项工作指标。
? 作为收银员作好店内收银和现金保管工作。
? 做好和公司财务及相关部门的沟通和协调的工作。
? 在日常工作中为客户提供良好的（符合旗舰店零售服务标准的）服务，以维护优良的品牌形象，包括接待到店客人和通过其他方式进行查询的客人。
? 建立和维护良好的客户关系，使用专业的方式和技巧向客户传达来自欧米茄的知识和信息，包括接待到店客人和通过其他方式进行查询的客人。
? 及时反馈来自消费者、竞争对手以及市场的相关信息。
? 按照《旗舰店运营管理手册》要求的标准和流程进行日常的操作。
? 经过授权，承担部分店内的日常管理工作，保证店铺的良好运营。
