职责描述：
Develop MA strategy & plan for each brand:
? Conduct policy environment analysis (health care system, policy and financing trends, competitors…etc )
? Consolidate and analyze healthcare policy nationwide. Establish and maintain policy data base
? Develop market access strategy according to policy dynamic to en-sure capturing all external opportunities
? Align product brand strategy and package MA plan in business plan

Support field access team in plan execution:
?Clear and efficient communication of access plan with field teams
? Develop key message and communication tools for external en-gagement
? Training field access team in usage of tools and dossiers
? Help prepare local dossiers for submission

Develop stakeholder-customized core value dossier
? Engage MA and brand team to ensure capture complete & latest data
? Work closely with brand team to draft core reimbursement dossiers
? Determine pricing strategy with finance team
? Seek medical team to endorse clinical/medical information
? Interview with key customers to guide the dossier to the right direc-tion
? If needed, engage HTA team for budget impact analysis and health outcome data analysis

Coordinate MA cross function team activities:
? Be a project owner of MA relative events
? Identify the stakeholders to form a taskforce
? Outline objectives, plans, actions & resources
? Follow up the project progress and inform local management team & regional MA leader
? Build up the partnership with each functional department

Manage key customer relationship
? Regular visit target medical KOLs, officers and pharmacists
? Develop programs/activities to engage KOLs in NVS brand
? Field visit with local MA team, brand managers or KA, sales reps to know the issues or update latest environment information

任职要求：
Education: Medical or pharmaceutical College degree
Languages: Good English & mandarin language skill
