1 参与新建设施的机电设备设计审核，厂家测试，现场安装和调试。建筑设施的图纸及相关文件协助甲方移交，培训并准备相关管理文件，筹建运营设施所需要的设备及工具等，并协助甲方完成项目验收

2 指导并管理现场团队，杜绝违章作业和安全事故发生

3 协助上级经理制定建筑物基础构造和公共设施预防性/预见性维护保养计划，确保符合法定要求及健康、安全和环境的相关规定

4 负责解决应急响应的维修工作，特别是在夜间的应急响应；

5 定期对相关业务外包单位的服务质量进行评估，跟踪落实改进措施；

6 严格按照设备设施运行的标准化程序操作和运行，避免因此造成的设备故障；

7 发现设备缺陷或故障及时与专业工程师沟通，提出解决技术方案，及时恢复，避免因此造成整个项目的运营中断；

8 定期参加项目部和公司组织的各类培训活动，提升自身的管理素质；

完成上级交办的其他工作。
