Activities: 

- To lead the blending operators to achieve the daily blending target, working orders and complete the work sheet correctly in time.

- Operate and maintain the blending control system and to debottleneck minor problems independently.

- Train new staffs to master the blending operation skills, and ensure operators’ behavior conforms to the HSE and quality requirement through site inspection and ongoing practice.

- Safety management within the work scope, including on-site inspection contractors and other workers, participate in risk assessment of modification, conduct STOP CARD, and participate in the activities of HSE and Quality actively.

- Reasonable for arranging blending order  effectively and efficiently through working with Lab, planner, filling leadsman and warehouse leadsman to exchange and check production indicator and ensure daily production running smoothly.

- Responsible for base oil vessel and additive ISO tank lorry receiving with optimized arrangement on site.

- Monitoring and taking correct action on production indicators like temperature, mixing time, dosing sequence, and circulation time to ensure production quality.

- Execute stock taking activities and investigate the reasons of deviation. Ensure operator execute the right process and calculation methodology, like digging operation and keep record under well management. 

- Lead team to accomplish level one and part of level two maintenance activities and inspection of production equipment independently.

- Arrange operators to clean up the blending area timely, keeping cleaning working environment through daily 5S program running and Apply blending consumables timely and monitor the usage.

- Be active to raise proposals/ good ideas on safety, quality, production improvement and cost saving.

- Well hand over shift work to other blending engineering to eliminate risk of safety, quality and production.

- Assist supervisor to execute the continued improvement program and finish assignments. And complete work related audit and IATF.

 

Qualifications:

 - College or senior high school/technical secondary school;

- Knowledge of Microsoft office software;

- 3 years experience or above;

- Normal English reading capability;

- Extensive knowledge of State and local laws about occupational health, safety, security, environment. ?
