Activities:

- Assist to implement IO Segment Development team budget accurately & efficiently with the summary form updated monthly.

- Provide sales analysis for team according to the TLC sales data.

- Assist to prepare the marketing and business analysis and IO MKT monthly report

- Assist segment managers to contact the selected resources to get the segment trend and new projects information, etc.

- Assist segment managers to update and consolidate the customer files for the good business reference.

- Support team to organize the IO distributor seminar, national segment seminars, exhibitions and trainings as planed.

- Communicated with segment manager to update the marketing materials (Handbook, brochures, leaflets, advertisings and other IO printings, etc.)

- Collect and consolidate segment materials, including marketing tools, product information and application, etc.

- Assist team to set up filing system, record and file documents.

- Help to coordinate and make the arrangement for the related visitors.

- Other jobs related with IO business & cooperation/coordination with other departments or teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Science background)

- Fluent in both Oral and written English

- Very good at the word/excel/PPT application

- Well organized in the job and fast learner, Self-learning and self-motivated

- Interpersonal skills: diplomacy, adapting to various personalities, resourceful

- Excellent on communication.

- Good team-work spirit.
