职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:

? Evaluate and identify potential new premises for opening new stores in target markets
? Formulate expansion strategies based on brand positioning and business plan
? Act as first point of contact for landlords and their representatives for negotiation of terms and conditions, letters of intents and tenancy agreements
? Handle all negotiation related matters in relation to tenancy by working closely with landlords and their representatives to ensure all agreed terms are reflected in legal documents
? Monitor and manage lease statuses to ensure terms and conditions are constantly reviewed for existing and new lease agreements
? Always negotiate best lease terms for the company from financial and business perspective in all new lease agreements, renewals and terminations
? Co-ordinate and liaise with different counterparts including Store Development, IT, Marketing, Operations and Finance etc. to ensure all project deadlines are met
Key Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Law or Business Administration or Real Estate Studies or equivalent experiences
? At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning procedures, real estate site selection, investment calculation (key money and rent levels) and lease negotiations with landlords and consultants
? Proven track record of successfully developing and establishing shopping centers and high street retail projects, prior experience in working in an international real estate developer or sizable retail group is a definite advantage
? High integrity and trustworthy
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Pragmatic, hands on and able to work independently
? Sensitive to figures with excellent numerical skills
? Able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
? Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must
? Excellent IT Skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
