1、严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定，执行公司EH&S政策，在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范，以防事故发生；
2、完全符合UTC道德规范认知要求；
3、严格遵守美国SOX404法案要求；
4、负责现场调试/终检，解决现场技术问题；

5、完成每台电梯调试后的调试报告；
6、协助处理工地提交的与技术相关的FTB，并进行跟踪和落实；
7、对于现场遇到的问题和改进建议反馈给直接主管或FOD进行确认；
8、保证准确及时完成当天的调试工时单；

9、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大学专科或以上，理工类专业(相关工作经验3年或以上，学历要求可放宽到中专或以上)；
2.工作责任心强；

3.一年以上工地现场管理经验,35岁以下.
