岗位职责：
1.了解分析山西区域市场，制定区域产品策略和市场推广计划；及时搜集和反馈竞争对手的销售信息以及市场动态信息。
2.积极发展合适的代销商，为区域提供更具竞争优势的销售渠道，提高市场占有率；督导和规范代理商、经销商的营销行为，完成其资信的考察、跟踪。
3.配合代销商按公司销售政策进行项目的洽谈、营业设计及签约。
4.监督区域内各合同项目的执行状况，协助工程及应收款人员及时解决合同履行过程中出现的问题。
5.每月提供管辖区域的销售汇总和相关报告。
6.保持与其他各职能部门的联系与协作。
任职资格：
1.大学本科（含）以上。
2.二年以上销售工作经验。
3.具备基本英语听说写能力。
4.能熟练操作常用办公软件。
5.良好的组织、协调和沟通能力；敏锐的观察和分析能力。
