Job description:
1. Based on the product requirement, create the design documents and be responsible for the embedded software design of the product applications and related drivers.
2. Cooperate with the team to work out the solutions, test plans and processes for the HW&SW of new projects, and to ensure the design quality.
3. Investigate the new technologies and platforms for the potential new projects.
4. Daily maintenance of the existing products, i.e. the software update for the new requirements or bug fixing.
5. Be responsible for some minor tasks assigned by the team.
Postion requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Computer Science, Electronics or Mechatronics
2. At least 2 years design experience in embedded software system. Experience in ARM/MSP430/STM8 platform development is required. Be good at C/C++ language and IAR/Keil compiling tools.
3. Knowledge for hardware and experience in system debug are required. Has the ability to analyze and dig into the problems when doing troubleshooting.
4. Familiar with embedded OS, and experience in the applications and driver design on Linux/WinCE platform is a plus.
5. Experience in GUI, Ethernet or USB is a plus.
6. Familiar with the PC software design, and have basic knowledge of some popular languages or tools such as C#.
7. Experience in PLC and DSP is a plus
8. Good skills of communication and team work.
9. Good skills of both written and verbal English.
10. Strong sense of responsibility and be optimistic.
工作职责：
1. 根据产品的需求，编写相应的设计文档，并且按照需求和设计文档完成嵌入式产品应用及底层驱动程序的开发；
2. 参与产品软硬件技术方案、测试方法及流程的制定，确保产品设计的准确性及质量。
3. 对当前流行的新技术、新平台进行必要的学习研究，为产品的开发进行技术储备
4. 负责现有产品的日常维护，包括产品、新需求的软件更新、bug的分析解决等
5. 根据业务发展需要，完成团队分配的其他临时工作
任职要求:
1. 计算机、电子技术、机械电子相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 两年以上嵌入式软件开发经验, 熟悉基于ARM/MSP430/STM8等平台的软件开发，熟练掌握C/C++语言和IAR、Keil等编译工具。
3. 具备一定的硬件知识和系统调试经验，面对技术问题具有较强的分析、钻研能力
4. 熟悉嵌入式操作系统，具有Linux/WinCE系统的驱动及应用开发经验者优先
5. 有GUI、Ethernet及USB的相关开发经验者优先
6. 了解PC端软件的开发，了解C#等主流开发工具、语言
7. 有PLC、DSP经验者优先
8. 良好的沟通、人际交往和团队协作能力
9. 较强的英语听说读写能力
