JOB DESCRITION:
岗位描述

Mission
-Follow up field feedbacks from customer center and lead to find solutions in product company. Providing quick actions and solution with a good quality is very important.
-Be a part of project team to develop new project. Give service inputs and prepare for product training,etc.
-Arrange Regular TCM and prepare for PQM report, monthly reports.
-Report to technical supervisor.

Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Take lead in product company (PC) to follow up and solve field feedback from aftermarket department. Work closely with engineering from aftermarket to collect accuracy information; Work together with other departments to search for solutions.
2. Be responsible to arrange weekly TCM to follow up quality problem in field together with Engineering, Sourcing, Production, Quality departments.
3. Prepare for monthly report and PQM report.
4. Be a member of project team. Attend weekly PTM and collect field feedbacks to improve in new design.; Collect comments from aftermarket and give feedbacks on new product design from service side; Define service kit; Arrange new product training, etc.
5.Pricing spare part using iBox.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: This includes but does not limit to age, gender, education, working experience, language,
Computer and personality.

Experience requirements

At least 2 years working experience in related area like Engineering or Technical support or Service.
Working experience in compressor company is a plus.
Knowledge on electricity is a plus.

Knowledge
1. Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
2. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes and ERP systems is an asset.

Educational requirements
University graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

Be able to work independently and take initiative to learn;
Having strong analyze ability;
Be committed to realize your targets and can work hard.
