Job description
This position will report to both CC GM and PC GM
The job description include the following
Together with the Business line Managers/Communications Manager create and maintain a yearly strategic and tactical Communications Plan based on the Business Plan/Marketing Plan including target groups, goals, follow up/measure process and budget.
Together with the Business Line Managers/Communications Manager continuously develop and improve the internal and external communications processes and structures in the given company, driven by the belief that there is always a better way of doing things.
Safeguarding the visual brand identity of the brand on products, at the PC/CC, on dealer locations, on all sales and promotional material, on packaging etc.
Work closely with the HR Manager(department) and Business Line Managers to maintain a well functioning Employer branding strategy and tactics including messaging and material to support our business plan in finding the right competence for sustainable growth.
Support the Business Line Managers/Communications Manager with local media relations in order to achieve positive and constructive media coverage.
To be responsible for production and maintenance of sales related material such as Product information on Internet, leaflets, brochures, promotion material, campaigns, web activities, power point presentations etc. Excluding product specific content which is owned by the Product Manager
Updating and maintaining all communications material including brochures, Powerpoint presentations, movies, local web pages and other.
Translations of all Communications material, in order to support the operational business units with operational communications material. Both from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English.
Responsible for Group material that needs to be communicated and distributed, such as Achieve, the Atlas Copco Book, Group News etc.
To continuously participate in the development and improvement of the internal and external communications processes and structures, driven by the belief that there is always a better way of doing things.
Work closely with the Corporate Communications Manager.
Develop and maintain the relevant databases /sources with operational communications material
Work closely with the Communications departments in related business units.
Responsible for the website management and update information of Chinese website.
Responsible for the release of internal newsletter and customer materials.

Experience requirements
At least 4 years of related work experience from a communication position in an international organization.
Understanding of Chinese media and how journalists work.
Track records of organizing corporate projects or events independently.
Maintaining good working relationships with all levels in the organization
Knowledge
Extremely strong writing skills in Chines
Excellent communication skills
Strong writing skills in English
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Project management skills, good presentation skills and strong inter-personal skills.
Educational requirements
Preferable a university degree, in Marketing and/or Communications
Personality requirements
You have a dynamic personality with strong communicative skills.
You can solve problems in a creative way.
