岗位职责:

? Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in E-commerce area.
? Develop online business model for Ecommerce key account. Integrated manage customers on promotion, price and product line.
? Define customer strategy, initiate yearly sales & marketing strategy for profitable sales growth and assigned yearly target achieved, including turnover, distribution, listing, merchandising, etc.
? Lead and effectively conclude annual negotiation with assigned customers.
? Lead account specific business forecasting flow to achieve target in terms of corporate/ business sale perspectives
? Coordinate in advance with all functions to ensure the “go to market” solutions will be successful.
? Initiate activities to ensure MJN’s advantage in online customer, including qualified in store presence of company products, retails sales, listing, display, etc.
? Drive POS with creative thinking and innovated marketing program in ecommerce platform.
? Review and analysis key ecommerce account sales and inventory date, provide feedback and propose appropriate actions
? Work closely with distributor to ensure the key ecommerce account inventory.
? Customer relationship management through effective communication with the headquarters and individual stores to achieve smooth cooperation with key customers, communicate with internal department to solve daily operation problems, including logistical, after sales, quality and others.
? Manage and work closely with regional teams to ensure the MJN brand is appropriately distributed in key ecommerce partners retail environment
? Responsible for AR management. Balance and control customer investment with annual plan, to make maximum profit.
? Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’activities, etc


任职资格:

? 5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field, key account management experience is preferable. 1-2 years’ experience in Ecommerce Key Account Management is preferable.
? Learning fast, with diversify thinking and innovation capability.
? Business Analytical skills and Profitability analysis
? Creative problem solving skills for complex business challenges
? Sound decision making that benefit the organization
? High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction
? Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict
? Bachelor Degree Must
? Hardworking, modest and have strong motivation to learn more.
