职位描述：

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for on-site peoplemanagement, regularly review and evaluate team performance

• Cooperate with purchasing, planningand logistics to ensure raw material receiving and finish goods transferring followingstandard process

• Ensure forklift drivers follow up theprocess standard strictly and correct inappropriate operations timely

• Housekeeping management to make thewarehouse clean and tidy

• Optimize the flow of logistics fromthe warehouses to the working areas, implementation of the ContinuousImprovement Plan and modify the current process

• Team work with other department toimprove pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and supportfinished goods transferring from filling to warehouse

• Organize physical counting inWarehouse, ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviationin time, and take action to reduce the loss amount

• Manage the FIFO of additives in plantand monitor the aging with timely alerting to planning/quality dept

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensurethat goods are stored correctly and safely and storage space is usedefficiently.

• Daily management of the HSE in thedominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report andchange

  
  

Qualifications/ experience required:

• College degree or above

• 5 years work experience or above on warehousemanagement and 3 year team management

• Well known of ISO 9000/TS16949 and ISO14000/OHSAS18000

• Good written English and computeroperation skill

• Preferable communicate ability andteam consciousness
