工作职责
总体描述：本职位主要是面向公司数字输出产品在指定区域内的销售机会获取，销售方案制定，市场份额的拓展, 销售渠道的开发、管理和完善， 从而完成并达到在规定区域内的销售指标。

主要工作职责：
P&L
1. 负责销售锐珂医疗数字输出产品，在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标；
2. 熟悉锐珂激光打印机及胶片产品， 能独立完成产品销售、招投标等一系列工作；
3. 了解客户对产品性能、交货周期、售后服务方面的需求和对培训方面的期望，并将相关信息与公司内部各负责部门进行沟通协调，确保可以向客户提出应对需求的***解决方案；
4. 与区域其它销售密切合作，负责投资相机项目流程管理及实施；
5. 协调并给予产品安装及客户操作培训支持，确保客户满意度；
6. 与现有客户和目标客户建立并保持良好的长期合作关系，提高客户满意度；
渠道管理
7. 通过渠道销售保证锐珂数字输出产品季度完成率，并确保产品销售到终端客户以及维持健康库存；
8. 与区域内一级代理商有效的合作, 并积极开发二级,三级代理商；
9. 协调处理各类市场问题，督促经销商遵守渠道规则并实现销售目标，完成公司下达的销售任务；
10. 定期拜访客户，包括经销商和用户，倾听他们的看法和意见；
其它：
11. 准确并及时地完成销售报表；
12. 积极地，按时地参加公司规定的销售培训，并通过培训考核；
13. 坚持并遵守所有公司政策、员工手册和商业道德准则，如绩效考核、商业行为培训等。



任职资格
1. 大专及以上学历，本科优先；
2. 在消费或医疗方面有至少两年的渠道管理经验；
3. 可适应长期出差；
4. 能用英语阅读邮件、资料并可熟练操作电脑；
5. 有较强的市场开拓能力及优秀的谈判技巧；
6. 良好的演讲能力；
7. 具有高度的自我激励和团队协作能力；
8. 成熟，有毅力，能够承受相应的压力；
9. 为人随和，善于与客户建立信任关系，具有较强的对内及对外的沟通技能和影响能力。
