Description of job duties:
1. Conduct audit assignment based on the Annual Audit Plan under the guide of Internal Audit Manager (IAM).
2. Completed Flow Chart, Risk Assessment, Audit Program, Audit Test and The Draft Audit Report.
3. Communication with Audited Line Manager to confirm audit finding.
4. Tidy the Working paper and keep file.
5. Follow up the previous audit report and audit finding.
6. Give the effectiveness recommendation for operation process to the Function Department.
7. To take the necessary action as requested.Assist IAM to complete special.

Qualifications & work experience:
-Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting / Auditing.
-3-5 yesrs or above working experience in accounting / auditing, and 1 years or above working experiences in managing an audit team.
-Integrity: the integrity of Internal Audit Supervisor(IAS) establishes trust and thus provides the basis for reliance on his/her judgments.
-Confidentiality: IAS respect the value and ownership of information they received and do not disclose information without appropriate authority unless there is a legal or professional obligation to do so.
-Communication skill: IAS should master good communication skills to gathering information / evidence from the audited units / employee.
-Willing to share and continue to improve.
-Guide and coach the IA team fellow members.
