职位描述：

• Main Responsibility:

Searching & identify the qualified suppliers to achieve the targets in line with Arjohuntleigh Zhuhai Strategy.

Job description:

• Identify approporiate potential supplier for Arjohuntleigh business;
• Follow company's procedure and work instruction to take appropriate action internally;
• Complete supplier commercial assessment by collecting and verify information from supplier;
• Conduct supplier commercial assessment by collecting and verify information from supplier;
• Conduct supplier visit and complete visit report to give good comprehensive comment;
• Assist supplier quality system audit;
• Establish good contract with supplier by following company template;
• Analysis the cost model of supplier quotation and best practive the negotiation;
• Basic review of drawing and technical request from engineering department,lead efficient communication to make understanding and agreement on specification;
• Search and identify potential supplier to build up potential supplier databasel
• Assist supplier quality engineer to monitoring supplier performance and improve supplier performances;
• Responsible for project time planning and reporting
• Porvide design engineer correct cost information and give the suggestion to design engieer of manufacturing cost when necessary.

Qualification and requirements:

• Engineering background, Bechelor degree of university
• Good English;
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience with multinational companies and beng involved in aspects of sourcing and supplier management
• Microsoft office working software knowledge and experience
• Basic engineering knowledge and quality knowledge
• facmiliar with different manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge base about cost model of different manufacturing processes
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness of communication and target orientation
• Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong team work spirit
• Self-driven, able to work under pressure and meet details
• Willingness for mainland China travel, when necessary
