职位描述：
Responsibilities:
E-commerce business
? Host and manage e-commerce business, including yearly promotional plan, seasonal or topical shop designs, pricing system, sales performance analysis, CRM system and budget tracking to drive e-commerce development with align to marketing strategy
? Align the flag shop design fully with brand guideline
? Close communicate with communication & digital team to play an active role in e-commerce as an online platform to support ATL campaigns
? Develop the digital tools to support e-commerce development with cooperation with digital team

Trade Marketing Support
? Marketing expense planning, management and controlling of local sales activities and distributor program
? Have a thorough communication with sales team and make professional and timely support to them to fulfill the sales target.
? Attend regular sales meeting and act as the bridge between trade marketing and sales share the marketing plan and key messages
? Support sales manager to manage the marketing data and produce the marketing tools to support sales target
? Provide on-site support on marketing function for key activities

Seasonal & Ad-hoc Promotion Management
? Plan, coordinate, implement & evaluate the promotional programs with the in-field team as well as other products and bundling promotion and take initiatives to meet specific channel needs
? Provide the feedback of the field situation and initiate improvement proposal to ensure the final results of consumer sales
? Collaborate with and support marketing team in broader initiatives for national promotion and key activities

Central Purchasing Coordination
? Lead gift and central marketing supplement platform to fully support trade marketing activities and local needs
? Be responsible for the project design, launching, implementation, improvement and evaluation
? Well control the suppliers with cooperation with purchasing dept
? In charge of the stock management of Mkt. goods

Cross-functional support
? Support trade marketing team on daily operation
? Provide cross functional marketing support to other team

Qualifications / experience required:
- Bachelor degree, Digital relative preferred, has designing capability is a plus
- 5 years marketing experience in relevant industries, lubricant is preferred
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of digital environment, experience in relative Industry as a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills, strong in implementation
- Fluent Mandarin and English, both orally and in writing
- Be creative and strong self-motivation motivated
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with respect to deadline, fast responding with down-to-earth working attitude
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel 举报 分享
