Responsibilities:
? Serve as lead to drive all metal ceilings projects internally and externally to execution via cross functional collaboration with the Ceilings Category Mangers, Ceilings Business Managers, and Architectural Teams, and manufacturers
? Take full ownership of metal ceilings projects from start to finish for all USG Boral markets. This includes building a 100% internal capability to 1) review drawings from the client and determine the appropriate systems and components necessary, 2) calculate accurate price quotes, 3) possess the ability to draft the ceilings drawings, all independent of the manufacturer.
? Possess a mastery level of understanding of the metal ceilings product and accessories range
? Create, own and train the USG Boral team on a process to 1) identify, 2) gather and 3) submit the critical details to our supplier to price and support metal ceilings projects
? Help Develop market relevant installation documents, details and insure local code compliance
? Facilitate the development of cad files via the technical support team
? Work with the technical teams to develop components that the manufacturer cannot make but are required in a market (e.g. suspension clips for rod of wire to work with the Dragon systems, baffle to carrier rail connection clips).
? Facilitate the order process with the import team to ensure on time and accurate metal ceilings product supply, including providing the full Bill of Material (BOM), supply date, ship to information, etc.
? Work cross functionally (internal ceilings team / external supplier + customers) to troubleshoot any technical or quality claims for ceilings, particularly metal
? Coordinate samples as needed
Working Experience & Skills （e.g., Language, Computer, Management Skills ）
? Speaks Cantonese
? Candidate with an Engineering background who can 1) read reflective ceilings plans and 2) design and draft ceilings plans for our clients
? Possesses experience in the metals ceilings market or with metals
