职位描述
1.财务管理专业毕业，职称:有高级或注册会计师咨格证。
2.有过5年以上医疗行业财务（审计）财务总监或8年以上工业企业财务经理工作经验，具备良好的企业财务内控体系设计经验；
3.年龄40至50岁之间。
4.具有融资全程操作经验者优先；
5.极强的财务分析和内部审计能力，对预算体系的推行有很强的实际操作经验；
6.熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策；具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉财经法律法规和企业财务制度流程。熟悉ERP操作系统；
7.具备良好的职业道德，较强的工作热情和责任感，愿意承担高强度的工作压力；
8.具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力，工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维；
9、良好的英语口语沟通能力。
