职位描述：
工作职责：

1、 体外循环的安全性是心脏手术成败的重要因素之一。保证体外循环的顺利进行是体外循环工作的基本职责，体外循环灌注师应有高度的责任感，工作中一丝不苟，转流中坚守岗位。
2、 根据不同手术的要求，选择最合适的体外循环方法。控制***的体温，维护足够的血流量，保证满意的组织灌注量，保持通畅的静脉引流，维持血流动力学的稳定。
3、 充分利用各种监测手段，严密注视体外循环中可能出现的各种变化，维持酸碱平衡，维持电解质的稳定。采取有效的器官保护措施，尽量减少体外循环对病人的影响，使各项生理指标接近正常范围。
4、 保证氧合器足够的气体交换，体证体外循环机的正常和安全运转，避免出现体外循环的意外或事故。配合手术医师、手术步骤，与麻醉医师合作，共同努力使病人安全度过手术关。

应聘要求：
1、 本科以上学历，临床医学背景。
