职位描述：
Job Responsibility:

• Perform Accounts Payable daily transactions with a high standard of quality, include Production Order and Non-Production order
• Drive the smooth process including monitoring the status of pending invoices and follow the issues of payments, like unmatched PO and invoices, invoices received but goods have not do receipt in system
• Provide payment information to supplier or dealer
• Provide support to reach monthly closing deadline; follow up pending invoices to be booked into accounts timely
• Reconcile AP account and follow up and Accounts Payable issue with supplier.
• Provide monthly AP aging report and comments reasons for long aging balance.
• Follow up and control outstanding aging balances
• Timely archive AP vouchers and related AP reports
• Other jobs assigned by department manager

Requirements:

• 1-3 year working experience
• Accounts payable accounting experience
• Bachelor degree major in Accounting or related field
• working experience
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Good communication skill and team spirit
