主要职责:
前台
? 电话接听:接听电话,包括用户的投诉、抱怨和咨询,为客户查询货物的发货和订货情况。
? 接待维修用户,解决助听器使用过程中的小问题
? 每天收包裹及发包裹,并记收发货日志。
客户服务
? 维修、定制、耳模的系统录入。
? 根据客户定单进行发货,系统录入。
? 每月进行库存盘点。
其他
? 费用报销单的邮寄。
Reception:
? Call receiving: Responsible for call receiving, including deal with the complain, questions, checking the order delivery information for the customers;
? Responsible for receiving the customer to deal with the mini problems;
? Responsible for the daily record of the order delivery;
Customer Service:
? Responsible for the input of the maintenance, customer order, ear drum;
? Responsible for the input of the customer’s order;
? Responsible for the monthly stocking;
Others:
? Responsible for the reimbursement of the delivery.

任职要求
? 大专及以上学历;
? 3年以上客服工作经验,产品销售客服工作经验优先;
? 了解熟悉ERP系统操作者优先;
? 能熟练使用各项OFFICE操作软件;
? 具有一定的英语听说写能力 ;
? 标准流利的普通话。
? College’s degree or above;
? More than 3 years customer service experience, product sales service is a plus;
? Familiar with ERP operation is a plus;
? Familiar with MS Office;
? Ability of speaking and writing English;
? Standard mandarin
