Manage bank accounts of China BU;
确保所有付款能及时准确地支付;
Ensure all payments are made timely and accurately;
日常现金及票据的收付及保管;
Cash and bill management;
管理现金和银行存款余额的总分类账;
Reconcile cash and bank balance with general ledger;
保证现金和凭证(支票,信贷记录等)安全;
Keep cash and vouchers (Check, T/T, Credit Note etc.) safety;
与银行保持良好的关系;
Keep good relationship with banks;
贷款、现金池、汇票等银行相关事项的资料准备及办理;
Prepare documents and follow up in all bank related, such as loan, cash pool and bank draft;
公司文件证件归档，包括合同，证照等等;
Filing. Systematically file company and team documents including contracts, licenses, SOPs, procedures;
支持CFO的后勤行政工作;
Logistic support CFO;
岗位要求：
大专及以上(主修财务或会计)
Junior College degree and above, prefer major in Finance & Accounting
应届毕业生，或是在跨国公司工作2年以上，有出纳工作经验为佳。
Graduate, or at least 2 years experience in MNC， cashier experience preferred.
熟练应用MS Office
Advanced skills at MS Office applications
