职位描述：
Activities：

- Make monthly and weekly production plan for 3 Total plants and subcontractor plants in consideration of sales forecast, current inventory, historical sales data, product type, etc.
- Evaluate production capacity regularly and coordinate plant team to make preparation to satisfy forecast and customer demand in coming months.
- Issue Material Request Plan according to raw materials historical consumption record, purchasing lead time, rolling forecast, etc., and balance both stock of finish goods and raw material of 3 plants, adjust production plan and raw material plan to ensure reasonable stock level.
- Track base oil and additive consumption status continually, coordinate with purchasing team to advance or postpone purchasing order to cope with demand fluctuation, ensure raw material supply can be in line with real demand and production progress.
- Keep following up excess & obsolete inventory, including finished goods, base oil and additive, coordinate with related department to make re-blend and repack plan, meanwhile, review consumption status by each month.
- Trace Toll blending production and order completion status, coordinate with related departments to ensure goods are produced and received as scheduled.
- Coordinate with related dept. during stock-taking and handle related operation in SAP, such as download to book value, counting data input and check, also check and remind related departments to give reason for variation according to DOA.
- Join in weekly production meeting, as the key contributor to coordinate with other departments to ensure manufacture and planning target will be fully executed.
- Assist manager to do analysis regarding forecast and stock transfer plan, timely submit monthly & weekly reports and keep tracing the deviation between actual sales and forecast.
- Review the safety stock setting regularly for base oil and additive in 3 plants and subcontractor plants, make adjustment according to historical consumption and business trend.


Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain management or mathematics.
- 3~5 years working experience in production, planning or logistics area in multinational companies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work proactively and independently with time pressure.
- Fast learner and good team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, familiar with SAP system.
- Fluent in English reading and writing. 举报 分享
