职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
· 新产品上市（上市计划，产品预算，需求分析、市场定位、产品定价、产品跟踪等）；
New product introduction and launch, including positioning, pricing, forecast, launch plan development and tracking.
· 产品线管理；
Portfolio management
· 撰写产品及产品相关宣传资料；
Translate & develop product related materials, including packaging, POSM etc.
· 市场物资的开发；
Develop marketing materials, like display tools etc.
· 建立和串联内部系统，保证新产品供应和旧产品退市的各个环节
Lead other departments to build new product supply and old product phase-out in company system.
· 其它市场、展会，会议支持
Professional support to marketing activities.

Technical Skills Requirements:
? 大学本科或以上学历,听力学或言语听力等相关学科；
Bachelor or above, major in audiology or language related subject.
? 1-3年产品管理工作经验，有助听器或听力设备行业产品管理经验的优先；
With 1-3 years working experience in product management, prefer hearing related product management, like HAs, hearing diagnose equipment or other hearing device;
? 熟练使用MS Office及其它电脑软件包括word/excle/PPT/PDF；
Skilled in MS Office and other software, such as word/excle/PPT/PDF;
? 项目管理能力;
Project management skill;
? 良好的英文听说读写能力
