1.Responsibilities
A.Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
B.Create, generate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
C.Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
D.Oversee design consistency (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)
E.Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
F.Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly
G.Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
H.Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business
2.Qualifications/Skills include
A.3 -5 years managing International Social Media Campaigns
B.Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
C.Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
E.Maintains excellent writing and language skills and extremely organized
F.Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field
G.Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
H.Multi-lingual and/or experience with international social media platforms welcomed
I.Adept with all Microsoft Office software
