职位描述：
1. 岗位职责：
1) 根据公司发行业务制定的需求和计划，负责海外市场游戏美术整体风格的把控和制定
2) 负责把握游戏整体风格、游戏的角色、场景和视觉系统的主要设计
3) 与项目人员保持良好的沟通，完成游戏产品的美术工作任务并确保其高质量

2. 岗位要求：
1) 5年以上游戏工作经验，如外籍人员需欧美Native Speaker，懂中文***
2) 熟悉游戏美术制作工作流程，并以主美的身份参与多款欧美市场成功上线的项目
3) 敏锐的色彩感觉、空间感以及设计能力和创意，能严格独立把握绘画风格并把控设计风格的一致性
4) 熟练使用美术设计软件photoshop，painter，ai等，具有人物、场景及动画设计能力
5) 有较丰富游戏经验，熟悉欧美游戏行业动态
6) 有优秀的自我学习能力和独立工作能力，善于沟通，拥有良好的合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情和责任感

1. Job Description:
1) Formulating requirments and plans based on the company's issuing business, in charge of the whole control and formulation of the gaming artwork in the overseas market.
2) In control of the overall style, characters, scenes and visual system of the games.
3) Excellent communication with team members and garantee the quality of art work in the projects
2. Post Responsibility
1) 5+ years work experience in the game industry, occidental native speaker, speaking Chinese is better.
2) Senior in the process of art in game developing, engaged in several released occidental games as Art Director
3) Sharp perception of colors, sense of space, designing adility and creativity. Capable of controlling the art style and maintain the uniformity during the process.
4) Senior in Photoshop, Painter, AI,etc. Capable of designing characters,scenes and animation.
5) Rich Experience in game industry, familiar with occidental game industry.
6) Excellent self-learning, independent working and communicating ability, teamworking spirit, passion and responsibility. 举报 分享
