Main Functions and Responsibilities
? Daily maintenance of China Lab Service Management System to ensure all the customer and system information complete and accurate. Objective creating, information recording, data regularly checking, form exporting, report analyzing…
? Implement China Lab Service Management System to support China Lab Service for service arrangement of Product Installation.
? As backup of technical service representative for technical issues online support.


Qualification:
? College degree or above.
? At least 1 year working experience as sales/service assistant or customer service is preferred.
? High energy, teamwork, careful working attitude.
? Be able to work under pressure.
? Good communication skills.
? Good computer technology.
? Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred.
