Position: Project Service Engineer
Location: Shanghai/ShenZhen/ChenDu/Beijing
Job Responsibilities：
？ Support Schueco Sales to provide pre-sales technical services to the architects, the developers and Schueco fabricators. The technical services consist of standard system solutions and customized solutions on individual project, static calculation and plan optimization, materials take off and cost estimation. The projects mean either residential projects with windows and doors or public building projects with façade
？ prepare the bidding documents including whole sets of proposal drawings, design explanation, static pre-calculations
？ Cooperate with Area Sales Managers and System Solution Managers in projects implementation stage for technical support. The technical supports in this stage mean shop drawing design, fabrication drawings
？ Maintain Schueco technical database of documents and standard sections details

？ 协助旭格销售人员向建筑师、开发商和旭格产品制造商提供售前技术服务。技术服务包括标准的系统解决方案和为个别项目量身定制的解决方案；静态计算和方案优化；所需材料和成本的估算。其中项目是指使用门窗产品的住宅项目以及使用外墙产品的公共建筑项目；
？ 团队协作准备招标文件：包括一整套的方案图纸，设计说明，静态计算，报价单及演示；
？ 独立向旭格产品制造商及项目合作伙伴在项目实施阶段提供技术支持服务和质量验证。在这个阶段的技术支持是指施工图设计，制造图纸绘制和现场支持；
？ 维护旭格技术数据资料及标准部分的细节。
Qualifications：
？ Bachelor degree or above majored in civil engineering or mechanics
？ More than 3 years work experience in first-class curtain wall company, more than 2 years work experience with Schueco system products
？ Previous experience in design, process and installation of curtain wall
？ Master of AutoCad, SchueCal+, SchueCad, CADPM, Excel, Word, Power Point software
？ Good command of English or German
？ Strong sense of teamwork, good communications skills and willing to learn
