Responsibility:
1. Monitored the company's financial procedures and policies strict implementation, Coordinate with other departments closely to avoid any financial or business risks.
2. Know well project status and timesheet from operation team, compiled revenue report base on accurate project status report every month. Provide forecast report to HQ according to requirements.
3. Responsibility for checking the original accounting documents and accounting vouchers, ensure reimbursement of all staffs in accord with budget standard. Check all the payment application before remittance.
4. Control time and schedule of the work and timely prepare declarations to tax bureaus before due date. （Include: VAT Business tax and its additional tax Incoming tax Stamp Duty Tax, etc.) Consult with tax officers on relating issues and ensure internal implementation in line with tax regulation.
5. Establish and maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledger. In charge of the monthly closing of account and submission of financial analysis reports to HQ.
6. Responsible for yearly official audit, check all the payment and assist audit, ensure internal control policy and procedure be well implemented.
7. Submission of monthly report to financial bureau and statistical bureau. Responsibility for financial registration certificate and statistical registration certificate annual examination.

Requirement
1. Fluent oral English as well as writing
2. Strong logical point of view
3. Experienced with MS office and ERP
4. Familiar with email communication
5. Team management skill
6. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance management
7. 10 years financial and accounting and controlling working experience in WOFE or joint venture
8. Proactive and ability to work under pressure
9. Hand-on approach
