职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Lead and support overall quality assurance activities in all contract manufacturers in Asia Pacific region to meet the business requirement.
? Responsible for establishing, building and improving quality management system in AP contract manufacturing organization. Drive the implementation and auditing of Essential quality system in contractors to meet company quality standards.
? Set up quality metrics, reporting and auditing systems to monitor contractors' quality.
? Leverage quality best acceptance practice in contactors and drive quality continuous improvement to meet set quality objectives and achieve best customer satisfaction.
? Drive the customer product complaint reduction, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions implementation and auditing in contractors.
? Provide the leadership to cross functional team and act as interface with business team and customers for major quality issues and solution.
? Perform people development activities for contract manufacturing quality team members.
? Support Northern China sales function through problem solving process to improve customer's experience for company imported product quality issues.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
? Minimum 8 years of experience in process technology , or quality management in manufacturing plant. Excellent and hands on skill in quality continuous improvement, analyzing and problem solving.
? Extrusion compounding knowledge in plastics industry preferred.
? In-depth knowledge, understanding and implementation experience about quality system ISO9001 and TS16949 and other quality tools like SPC, FMEA, MSA etc.
? Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and influence skill and exceptional customer facing expertise.
? Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, CQE or CQM certified are added advantage.
? Fluently both in written and oral English. Excellent presentation skill.
? The ability to manage multi-tasks and a varied and constantly changing workload in a fast-pace and dynamic business environment.
