Position：Assistant to MD
Location：Shanghai
Job Responsibilities
? Assist the MD for the planning and reporting preparing and submit.
? Draft the regular report and submit to HQ after approval.
? Assist the MD to negotiate with each dept and organize regular meeting.
? Assist to organize the meeting with customer for MD.
? Assist to plan the schedule of MD.
? Translate by needs.
? Other working required by MD.
Qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above in administraiton and business area.
? Having the training for assistant function by project management, management skill etc with a plus
? Excellent in English , German.
? Patient and intelligent, work in a pressure.
