Supplier Quality Engineer
Job Description:
We are searching for a Supplier Quality Engineer for our PV Quality Control program in Low Yangtze River Valley, China. The task is to ensure that the manufacturing and product quality of PV module are in compliance with Schüco requirements.
我们正在为公司在长三角地区的光伏产品质量控制项目招聘供应商质量工程师。这份工作的内容是确保供应商生产的光伏组件符合旭格的要求。
Conduct independent factory audits, product inspection in accordance with audit requirements and product specifications at supplier’s factory
Identify and evaluate audit findings, prepare detailed reports and follow up corrective and improvement action
Perform visual inspection on random chosen product samples
Monitor the testing according to IEC, UL or other functional tests
Evaluate the quality control/assurance performance of suppliers
Analysis together with technical team non-conformance detected in the production and find solution in cooperation with suppliers
Effectively interact with production and quality departments of suppliers
Solve any quality problems during and after the production period. This also involves handling of quality complaints from customers once goods have been received.
Continues improvement of Schüco quality assurance system
在供应商的工厂内按照审计要求和产品规格进行独立的工厂审核和产品检验。
确定和评估审计结果，准备详细的报告，并跟进进行纠正和改进。
随机选择产品样本进行目视检查。
根据IEC，UL或其他功能测试方式监控测试。
评估供应商的质量控制和保障措施。

与供应商的生产和质量部门保持良好关系。
解决在生产期间和之后出现的任何质量问题。这也包括处理客户收到产品后的质量投诉。
负责旭格质量保证体系的持续改进。
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Work experience and understanding for technical and quality issues of PV production process
Familiar with ISO9000, IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL1703 or other equivalent PV standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good at observing, analyzing and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Zealous and responsible work attitude
Team player
Willing to travel extensively and frequently.
Good command of English. (CET-6)
Good command of German would be an advantage
大学本科或以上学历。
有光伏生产流程相关工作经验并熟悉其技术和质量问题。
熟悉ISO9000，IEC 61215，IEC 61730和UL1703或其他光伏标准体系。
良好的沟通和人际交往技巧。
善于观察，分析和撰写报告。
熟练掌握Microsoft Office应用程序。
