This role primarily requires you to design, develop, deliver, or evaluate learning and development solutions; maintains and applies an in-depth working knowledge in the field of learning and development, including Career Planning and Talent Management, Coaching, Delivering Training, Designing Learning, Facilitating Organizational Change, Improving Human Performance, Managing Organizational Knowledge, Managing the Learning Function, and Measuring and Evaluating.
* Ensure successful and consistent implementation of core corporate learning and development initiatives focus on employees at the country level for example New Employee Orientation, Working at Agilent.
* Involve and participate in Country Training calendar design, planning and delivery.
* Support the country HR manager in implementing the country leadership development program.
* Involve in the design and develop learning interventions to meet organizational needs; analyze and select the most appropriate learning strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact.
* Conduct learning needs assessments and identify appropriate learning interventions to address those needs.
* In charge of all the facilitation and logistics of courses delivery
* Gather data to answer specific questions regarding the value or impact of learning and development solutions; focusing on the impact of individual programs and creating overall measures of system effectiveness; leveraging findings to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change.
* Manage training partners / suppliers to ensure consistent quality of design and delivery.
* Partner effectively with clients in understanding their needs, evaluate possible solutions and recommend solutions that will have a positive impact on performance; gains client agreement and commitment to the proposed solutions and collaboratively develops an overall implementation strategy that includes evaluating impact on business performance; uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to build effective long-term relationships with the client.
* Manage the administration of government funding to ensure training investments are being optimized.
