1、分析流行趋势，针对公司产品提出设计及创意策略，负责公司产品的整体UI设计；
2、负责从视觉和操作层面对公司产品的风格进行把控，并负责游戏/APP/页面内容的设计；
3、负责公司产品线的风格设计规划和整理；
4、结合用户体验，优化完善设计，制定可行的产品品质提升方案。

岗位要求：
1、精通各种视觉效果的呈现，熟练使用Photoshop，Illustrator等必备专业软件，手绘能力出色优先；
2、从事互联网设计1年以上，熟悉手机端、PC端、网站设计，充分理解UCD设计流程；
3、具有很强移动端UI整体风格策划能力和实现能力，有UE交互设计能力者优先考虑；
4、良好的审美意识和艺术修养，能够对行业变化和设计趋势做出有效的判断，有一定的设计思想；
5、有出色的表达能力，有效的分享和交流经验；
6、具备良好的合作态度和团队精神，乐于学习，工作有激情，创新欲望强烈，富有责任感；
