1、负责公司运营产品的开发工作，包括需求分析、设计、编程等 ，并不断满足业务的变化和用户的需求；

-搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现

2、负责代码的重构和性能优化，确保线上服务的稳定性和架构合理性；

-对研发和运营中疑难技术问题提供有效解决方法并主导实施

-已有改进和优化，

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，三年以上JAVA开发经验；

2、扎实的JAVA基础知识，熟悉JAVA虚拟机原理，JAVA高级特性和类库，JAVA网络与服务器编程，JAVA多线程编程；

3、良好的面向对象分析、设计、开发能力，熟悉各种设计模式；

4、熟悉分层的应用框架设计思想，包括：SOA，事件驱动、分布式系统原理、最终一致性等；

5、熟练使用主流JAVA开发框架，如Spring、SpringMVC、Struts、Mybatis等；

6、熟练掌握SQL语言，熟悉My SQL或ORACLE数据库开发技术及相关工具；

7、熟悉Web前端技术，包括HTML /Ajax/Javascript/jQuery等；

8、熟练使用Tomcat、Nginx等应用服务器软件；

9、熟练使用PowerDesigner、Rose等UML建模工具

10、 对技术有强烈的兴趣，喜欢钻研，具有良好的学习能力，沟通技能，团队合作能力；

11、 勇于承担压力与责任，喜欢挑战性的工作，有追求卓越的激情和能力；
