岗位描述：与设计师、后端工程师工作在一起，实现UI和交互的开发需求，确保产品拥有优质的用户体验
岗位职责：
1、负责现有网站的改进，网站现有程序的二次开发与功能定制工作；
2、根据业务需求制定网站程序的开发和规划；
3、模块单元的自主开发；

任职要求：
1、精通PHP+MySQL开发，熟悉Ajax、JavaScript、jquery;了解CSS+DIV布局以及Html。工作经验至少2年以上。
2、精通HTML、CSS布局，熟悉W3C网页标准，熟悉html5和css3；
3、精通关系数据库MySQL，并掌握linux环境下开发经验。
4、熟悉现在PHP框架，如thinkphp、YII等;掌握ECshop、dedecms等开源模板使用方法。
5、具有MySQL索引优化、查询优化和存储优化经验、PHP缓存技术、静态化设计方面的经验。
6 对符合web标准的网站重构有丰富经验，有成功案例
7、保持页面不同浏览器及分辨率下良好的兼容性和适用性，以及结构、表现、行为的分离；
8、了解至少一种后台语言的开发机制(如Java等)，能配合开发人员进行页面联调整合；
9、能独立完成前端页面重构工作，可进行电脑端、移动端网页开发
10、沟通、表达能力良好，有团队协作精神。
