1、负责公司的产品规划和设计及产品设计团队的管理；
2、通过各种渠道了解用户需求，基于新用户拓展及老用户留存进行产品规划；
3、与研发团队密切沟通，确保产品准时上线；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年以上移动互联网产品经验；
2、精通互联网，关注互联网的新事物和用户行为变化；
3、有很好的大局观，能站在全局思考问题，明确各产品的定位和阶段性目标；
4、懂一定的程序开发技术，有一定的代码基础；
5、优秀的定量分析能力和严密的逻辑思维；
6、具有敏锐的市场意识、良好的产品思维和创新意识；
7、出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力；
8、能够输出方法论，指导和培养产品团队
