职位描述：

- For our Digital Factory Division in TANGSHAN,we are looking for a Service Technician 服务技术员.

What are my responsibilities?

1．根据客户的整改要求对现场产品进行更改；

- Make changes to the products according to customer's requirements for rectification

2．熟练掌握现场产品的接线以及装备工作，及时登记相关记录文件。

- Master wiring products and equipment work expertly and register file records timely.

3．负责工作现场元器件（备品备件）的管理。

- Take responsible for working field components (spare parts) management

4．严控现场设备的质量风险，了解客户控制质量的方式方法，并及时反馈于公司知晓；

- Strictly control the quality risk of devices, understand the method of customers’ quality control and give feedback to company timely.

5．积极协助公司质量部、生产部提升产品的质量工作；

- Assist the company QM department, Production department to improve the quality of the work product actively;

6．经常与客户沟通，建立良好的工作关系，对于客户提出的质量问题应及时响应，并提出可靠的解决方案；

- Communicate with customers regularly, establish good working relationship, response for quality problems raised by customers timely, and offer reliable solution.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1．熟练使用调试仪器及仪表（万用表、加量仪表、绝缘摇表、耐压仪、升压仪、示波器）；

- Use the debug instrumentation including multimeter, plus the amount of instrumentation, insulating shake table, withstanding voltage tester, boost meter, oscilloscope skillfully.

2．具有低压操作证和识图能力（原理图）；

- Has a low voltage certification and the ability to identify the diagram

3．具有一定的现场风险识别能力，独立分析及解决现场设备故障能力、指导工作并作好相关文挡记录, 及时汇总客户需求和建议；

- Has the ability of risk recognition and be capable of independent analysis and solving field device the fault, guiding the work and making relevant text block records, collect customer requirements and recommendations timely;

4．具备较强的语言沟通能力及与客户协调工作能力；

- Good language communication ability coordination ability with customers;

5．能服从公司的调配,能够承受一定的工作压力, 能够适应出差;

- Willing to obey company allocate ,can bear certain work pressure,adapt to long-term business;

6．熟练使用办公软件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT）；

- Use of office software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT) skillfully.

What else do I need to know?

1．Railway tansportation project experience is preferred.

- 铁路交通经验者优先。

2．Foreign company working experience or joint venture working experince is preferred.

- 有外企或合资公司工作经验者优先。

3．Location based in Feng Run District, Tangshan is preferred.

- 家住唐山丰润区者优先。
