- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (SFAE) 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Service Assistant （服务助理） 工作地点: 北京.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Provide support to after sales service order.

2. Provide proposal or solutions(non technical) to customer to achieved customer satisfaction.

3. Create service order, support the service execution to meet service response commitment.

4. Create spare parts delivery order in service execution process.

5. Validate the service execution report, key in all timesheet and technical report in SAP.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1, College diploma or above

2, Above 2 years working experience in customer service field

3, Skilled in office software, knowing. SAP is preferred.

4, Excellent communication skills, Customer-orientated, good ownership with case owner attitude.

5, Languages: Fluent English
