Performance Items 岗位职责

1. External Training - Distributor Training / Dealer Training
- Distributor Training
(1)help 3 toyota distributors desgin training course and implement training in accordance with distributors' training needs.
(2)at least 4.5 points of after-training feedback score
(3)finish training summury in 3 days right after training
- Dealer Training
(1) desgin training material according to DRM's training demands
(2) implement training project by training project process
(3) at least 4.5 points of training evaluation score
(4) hand ih training summary in 3 days right after training
2. Training Material
(1) create at least 5 courses a year
(2) define sales team's training demand, indentify training target.
(3) update existed training material
3. Team Work
(1) help prepare material for training managine
(2) help other associates on training-related matters.
(3) host reading part at least for 1 time in a year."
4. Execution
(1) hand in weekly report before every Friday.
(2) finish all other work assigned by training manager on time

Requirements 任职条件

1. Fully understand auto market and auto dealer, and have the in-depth knowledge of the auto finance market
2. Bachlor degree is essential; Economic or Financial major is preferable; Good at training and convincing
3. Express clearly; Good at multiple-aspect communication and coordination;
4. Creative and innovative is must; Result oriented;Logical thinking; Self starter
5.Fluent both in written and oral English
6. Detailed oriented; Reliable, responsible, persistent
1. 了解中国汽车销售业务和汽车金融业务
2. 本科以上学历，经济或金融专业，并有培训项目管理经验者优先
3. 表达能力强，举止大方，具有多方面的沟通协调能力
4. 具有创新精神，创造力强，结果导向，有较强的逻辑思维，主动工作
5. 有良好的英语表达与写作能力
6. 重视细节，诚实守信，责任心强
