职位描述
Tasks:
-Plan and updated missions base on network development out put
-Coordinate internal (PCN) and external (PC) meeting to ensure a general alignment and analyze our network development and performance
-Global analyzing of compliance with all Porsche specified retail Aftersales business process using status analysis tool and diagnosing general requirements and necessities in all fields of the sales&marketing department
-Create a specialized support mission to improve the Dealer performance and the DST Aftersales Business area using DST abilities and analyze based on current tools, reports and kpi's.
-Support the dealership in the field on business process and standards related topics and implement of advance processes and there permanent realization
-Exposing and following rectifying of dealerships weaknesses on basis of an individual activity plan which therefore has to be prepared
-Implementation and optimization of the latest Porsche AfterSales business process & standards which is not properly established or not implemented
-Provide an onsite coaching based on the personnal competency and knowledge level of each Aftersales staff at PC level
-Conduct and ensure the continnuos updating of the current tools and developing new content and tools to improve DST performance
-Establish a communicating area goals and results, staffing and delegate workload and actively supporting employee growth.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above. Experience and knowledge in the auto industry of premium luxury brands is a plus.
-Minimum 5-8 years management experience in Retail/Wholesale/After Sales Manager/Service Manager, minimum 5-8 years consulting experiences in Consulting company for auto aftersales area is a plus.
-After Sales/Service Manager in Retail (Premium brand), project Leader/After Sales head in consulting company is a plus.
-International experience is a plus.
-Result oriented, proactive and logical thinking, could work under pressure.
-Excellent communication in both Chinese and English.
-Adequate IT Skill. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes, Dealer Management System
