GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales, Marketing, Application support and other related activities

- Existing customer’s maintaining and Customer relationship management

- New customer development

- Order negotiation with customers and order management

- Customer payment and settlement management

- Give general product application support to customers according to customer’s needs

- Cooperate with plant technicans to solve any problems customers meet in the period of using products

- Collecting useful information from market and customers, provide valuable suggestions to help plant to produce more suitable products meeting customer’s needs

- Communication with plant side about sales/production plan and execution situation

- Goods delivery, logistic and inventory management

- Business data recording, documents filing and management

- Making sales plan and budgeting

- Making sales report and response to sales manager

2. Import and export handling:

- Development of certain chemicals relating to company products to find business chances of import and export.

- Handing import and export whole process of chemicals independently

3. Market studying and researching

- Studying and collections of chemicals up/down stream market information to make reports

- Chemicals market trend survey and making survey reports

- Competition analysis of chemicals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.      Bachelor, college degree in the major of chemistry, highpolimer, chemical engeering and technology, and other related background

2.      5+ years sales experience in the field of chemicals, having experience of applying carbon black into rubber or related materials would be prior to be considered.

3.      Have general knowledge of import and export, have experience to handle the process of chemical import and export.

4.      Have good knowledge, skill and experience in sales process, value selling, negotiation and sales contract management. Having deep knowledge of carbon black will be preferred.

5.      General market researching and analysising skills to generate reports

6.      Good people skill and teamwork, be able to work effectively and collaboratively with people in different functions

7.      Basic English written, communication and presentation skill are necessary.

8.      Great passion and positive attitude

9.  Willing to travel according to needs of business in China
