职位描述
1、访客接待工作。
2、负责接听公司电话，接待客人，包括安排航班、酒店、接送车辆等。
3、负责考勤记录，准确的开始和结束时间。
4、管理文件，包括报纸，信封，快递，电话账单等。
5、办公室采购，包括纸张、文具、饮用水等。
6、负责车辆的基本信息，安全，保洁员管理等。
7、公共资源管理及维持其正常运作，例如投影机、传真及打印机。
8、管理会议室的预订和时间安排。
9、领导安排的其他任务。
任职要求:
1、2年以上前台、行政或相关工作经验。
2、强烈的责任心、服务意识、耐心和团队合作精神。
3、大专或以上学历。
4、良好的倾听技巧，并以有效、积极和友好的方式回应他人。
5、熟悉微软办公软件和办公设备。
