Sales Manager - Corporate Shenzhen HSBC China (Pearl River Delta) -(职位编号:0000CYOK)
Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM)HSBC is recognised as one of the top tier providers of Global Payments and Cash Management services in the Asia-Pacific region. As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business. In this role, you will:
? Develop GLCM(Global Liquidity&Cash Management) businesses by servicing cash management needs of Commercial Banking customers.
? Win new GLCM business to achieve agreed revenue and product targets.
? Penetrate further into existing clients, increasing HSBC's share of wallet.
? Gain market share by proactively targeting and winning business from new clients.
? Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle.
? Ensure a smooth transition of cash management wins from sales to Implementation and the successful on-boarding of new business.
? Promote HSBC's GLCM capabilities internally and externally to improve awareness of the GLCM business
? Maintain HSBC's internal control standards.
? Implement and observe Group Compliance Policy.
? Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring.
职位要求:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the
following requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years' related RM or cash sales
experiences with tracked performance
- Target driven. Business driven
- Solid knowledge and market intelligence on
cash management business including clearing services, products and technology,
etc.
- Relationship Management experience at multiple
levels plus a proven sales record
- Proven ability in identifying and meeting
customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
- Ability to understand a customers business and
the fundamentals of running a business
- Good level of business acumen and commercial
awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of Microsoft Office Products including
Excel, PPT and Word, etc.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills in
both English and Chinese.
