职位表述和要求：
This position will be responsible for plant management and keeping up plant work at best model & safe performance, quality standard and optimum efficiency .Develop good relationship with the other department and site customers. To keep up the equipment run on stable and reliable.

Operations, productivity, reliability, quality, CI, cost reduction e-MOC and customer
service/relations are very important responsibilities of this position.

1. Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Tangshan such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desired zero injuries.

2. Manage technical support for plant operations in a cost effective, timely manner.

3. Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, ongoing improvements, and meeting of budgets.

4. Initiate and facilitate the use of AP global best practices in EH&S, Ops, and Engineering in Plant

5. Identify, train, and develop local operations staff.

7. To take responsibility for Process Plant Operation
7.1 Maximize efficiency

7.4.4 Etc
8. To take responsibility to ensure to required standards products by correct procedures

9. To ensure good communications/co-operation skill with customer and related departments

10. Responsible for the record keeping of employee’s safety and process training.

11. Help plant Manager to manage the day-to-day safety issues of the site including organizing safety meetings, performing safety audits, issuing. Work permits, carrying out all the process safety tasks of the plant, etc

12. To handle any emergent events.

Qualification

Bachelor degree minimum. Diploma in same as minimum
10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities. Preferably 8+ years in line supervision of process operations/engineering. Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill. Excellent Communication & coordination skills. Able to handle high level communication with customer. Wide technical knowledge in gas operations and engineering. Fluent oral English and excellent written English.
