此职位工作地点：唐山

岗位职责：

1.负责管理技术支持部技术支持工程师团队。
2.负责对工艺进行分析、测试、给出指导，并定义新产品的技术规格
3.负责包装研发与改进，以保证高效率装运以及低破损率。
4.负责产品工艺改善研究及产品改善。
5.新材料及新工艺（设备）的引入及实施。

岗位要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，材料相关专业，
2.3年以上陶瓷行业工艺或技术部门经理工作经验。
3.英语水平良好，计算机应用熟练。
4.专业技能/知识：
-工艺管理（管理技术工艺参数）
-对相关材料（陶瓷、玻璃、纺织品等）有较深入了解
-有包装改善经验
-有质量体系经验（文件管理等）
-技术图纸熟悉并掌握
-掌握生产工艺和工业化知识
5. 具备管理技能（人员管理、决策、问题解决及项目管理等）。

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the technical development team in Technology Department.
2.Be responsible for analyzing, testing, giving headlines and define the technical
specifications of new items
3.Be responsible for the development of packaging with the best loading efficiency
possible and the lowest breakages
4.Be responsible for research projects for process improvement or product
development
5.Be responsible for the technological set up of the production process as well
as studies and implementations of:
* New materials/ raw materials
* New technologies (machinery etc.)

Requirements:

* Education: University Graduate in Materials Engineering
* Working experience: 3 years or above experience in ceramic industries as a
technological – technical product development manager
* English: Good
* Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Excel good; Word); CAD
* Specific Knowledge:
-Process management (manage technological process parameters)
-Deep knowledge about materials – ceramics; glass; textiles;
-Boxes and packaging development experience
-Quality system – managing of documents
-Technical drawings
-Production technologies and industrialization
-Ability to manage a young team with very high expectations for the future

-Proactive and autonomous on projects
